The Devine Company is a multi-faceted, internet based, global media company based in Los Angeles.

Formed in 2006, the company’s goals are to provide information, entertainment and transactional services in the areas of programming, telecommunications and e-commerce as well as the creation of specialized web based products for specific geographic regions. The Devine Company’s business activities have so far resulted in both new market initiatives and the recent acquisition of several ongoing concerns.

Phase One of the company’s goals relate to transactional business opportunities. Thus far, the Devine Company has made inroads into Real Estate-related web companies ( fsbo-la.com, NY Rentals.com) and Automotive acquisitions ( Autos By Owner.com, LA Auto Sales.com). With more on the way, the company seeks to build a solid foundation through a variety of e-commerce ventures.

Phase Two involves the creative outlet of programming and mobile technologies. In 2007, the company began its first phase testing of it’s Webcastr video site, along with its initial buildout of its Mobi Mobile phone services system. Expect big things in 2008 from this division of the group.
